1. Use of Service

This Service, or any part of the Service, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose, except as expressly permitted by the server administration.

The administration reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion, without limitation, if the User's conduct is believed to violate applicable law or is harmful to the interests of the server, other users of the Service, or its affiliates.

2. Account Registration

You may register a regular account and password for the Service free of charge. You are responsible for all activity on your account, associated accounts, and passwords.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• The Service is NOT responsible for unauthorized access to your account or any loss of virtual items
• Account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension

3. Access to Service

The server offers free and unlimited access to the Service. However, certain premium features may require donations or in-game purchases.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using hacks, cheats, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or accounts
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other players
• Impersonating staff members or other players
• Advertising other servers or services
• Any illegal activities

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension without prior notice.

5. Verification

THE USER MAY BE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO A VERIFICATION PROCEDURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUBMITTING INFORMATION AND/OR DOCUMENTS TO ENSURE THE LEGITIMACY OF ANY PAYMENT OR DONATION.

Accounts undergoing verification may be temporarily disabled until the verification process is complete. Information submitted may be shared with our affiliates in our mutual efforts to prevent unauthorized payments/donations.

6. Donations & Virtual Items

All donations are voluntary contributions to support the server. In exchange, users may receive virtual items or premium currency.

• Donations are non-refundable except in cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• The server reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time
• Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension

7. Termination of Service

The server reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

The server may suspend or terminate any User's access to all or part of the Service, without prior notice, for any conduct that the server, at its sole discretion, believes is in violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE SERVER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

The server shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE DISCLAIMERS. The server reserves the right to make changes to the Service and these terms at any time.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OR ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE.
